Here at We Do Blinds we want you, our customers, to know that we take all the necessary measures to ensure that our blinds systems are safe for children and vulnerable people.

As part of this process please help us to help you by: Telling us if you have children and/or vulnerable people residing in your home. Ensuring that all blind cords and chains should be secured and kept out of reach of children. Be sure that Cots, playpens, highchairs or beds are not be placed near to window blind controls.
Does your new pull cord keep snapping?
New safety regulations require all new blinds that require a pull cord to operate must now ‘breakaway’ here is a short demonstration how to fix the cord back into place
Safe by design
It is now illegal to supply or professionally install an internal window blind which does not comply with the child safety requirements of BS EN 13120:2009+A1:2014
Blinds that are ‘safe by design’ are deemed to be fully compliant with this new standard.
