We Do Blinds and Shutters commenced as a small start up operation back in September 2013. The business has grown rapidly and successfully in the intervening period. Key to this process has our ability to identify to significant customer service gaps within the industry.

The owner, with over 20 years experience at a senior level in the service related retail sector, has built a strong and committed team to operate at all levels across a very varied market place.

The mainstay of our business is service and attention to detail.

How long will it take for my blinds to be ready?

This depends on a few factors. Since we manufacture our blinds in-house and locally, we typically have a quick turnaround.

We maintain a healthy stock of materials for our most popular items, allowing us to begin production immediately.

However, some factors may cause a slight delay, possibly up to a week:

Bespoke orders: Raw materials for custom blinds are sourced from our mainland suppliers, which may result in a short wait while they reach our factory.
Scheduling a fitting time: Coordinating a suitable time for both the customer and our fitting team can sometimes cause minor delays.
Availability conflicts: We understand that customers have busy schedules. While the blinds may be ready, fitting may be delayed due to clashes between customer availability and our team’s schedule.

We always strive to complete the process - from measuring to fitting - as quickly as possible.
